Nagano Shooting Star: A Week of Excitement (Jan. 23rd-27th)

This week was full of excitement for many reasons.

First, our parents came on the Open School Day. We got to experience to be community helpers helping our parents. They were our customers and patients.
We welcomed them in the Shooting Star community where they could go shopping in Shooting Star Supermarket, dine in or take out some sushi from Kagayaki Shooting Star Sushi, and see a doctor from AMASURYO Clinic.

The second reason was that we were able to go shopping at Seiyu and meet a staff there. He answered our questions and guided us inside the supermarket. Our parents gave us a shopping list and we did an errand for them. It’s nice to help Mom and Dad with that simple gesture.
The staff said that their pork and chicken meat come from Saitama. The delivery leaves Saitama at night and deliver it early in the morning. We learned so much from him.

Finally, the third reason we were excited was we got to play outside in the snow! It was fun shoveling the snow to help Milky Way and G1 build an igloo, lie down on the snow and make a snow angel, and just run around! Of course, it’s also fun to play inside and build different toys we can play with. Playing Snakes and Ladders is also one way of having fun with our friends.
