Hello everyone! Here we are to another fun week. An ecstatic rainbow filled the classroom! Some of us are gradually getting used to our new environment. We had our Birthday Party for our celebrants this month of April. The rainbow celebrant was a little bit shy in front of everyone to speak(smiley), but indeed, he was happy to have a celebration together with the other classes. Happy birthday!!
皆さん、こんにちは！今週も楽しい一週間が始まりました。教室にはきれいな虹がかかっています！新しい環境にも少しずつ慣れてきました。今月はレインボーのお友達のお誕生日会がありました。みんなの前では少し照れくさそうなお友達でしたが（笑）、他のクラスのみんなと一緒にお祝いができて嬉しそうでした。お誕生日おめでとう！
Park
This week was our first time playing in the park this school year. We first talked about the rules and understood what dangerous things we must not do. We were able to wait for our turn fantastically. We were thrilled and full of excitement. At the entrance of the park, a colorful playground stands tall, adorned with swings, slides, and climbing frames. Excited giggles fill the air as we dash towards our favorite play structures, their faces alight with anticipation.
今週は、今年度初めての公園遊びでした。まずルールを話し、どんな危険なことをしてはいけないかを理解しました。順番を待つのも上手にできました。ワクワクドキドキの子どもたち。公園の入り口には、ブランコ、滑り台、クライミングフレームで飾られたカラフルな遊び場がそびえ立っていました。私たちがお気に入りの遊具に向かってダッシュすると、興奮した笑い声が空気を満たし、彼らの顔は期待で輝いていました。
Spring craft
For our spring craft, we made a cherry blossom tree. Our cherry blossom trees stand as a testament to the magic of spring, capturing the ephemeral beauty of nature in all its glory. And as we proudly display our creations for all to see, we know that we’ve created a craft and a memory to cherish for seasons to come. We used a tied bundle of cotton buds with white and pink paint to create alluring cherry blossom flowers. We dip the cotton buds into the paint and tap it on top of our tree. Each of us has a different style and imagination. It is impressive to see how we do it.
春のクラフトで、私たちは桜の木を作りました。桜の木は春の魔法の証であり、儚い自然の美しさを表現しています。そして、私たちが作った桜の木を飾ることで、この先何シーズンも大切にしていきたいクラフトと思い出を作ることができました。私たちは、白とピンクの絵の具で桜の花を作りました。綿棒のつぼみを絵の具に浸し、木の上にポンポンと叩きました。一人ひとり、スタイルもイマジネーションも違います。子どもたちのやり方を見ていると感心します。
Music lesson
First, we greeted each other and walked around with the piano. When the music stopped, we stopped, too. Some of us weren’t able to stop because of excitement. Hereafter, we used the see-through scarf and swung it with the music. It was really beautiful. We giggled when we threw up the scarf.
まず、挨拶をして、ピアノに合わせて歩きました。音楽が止まると、私たちも止まりました。興奮して止まれない子もいました。その後、シースルーのスカーフを使って、音楽に合わせてスイングしました。本当に美しかっです。スカーフを投げ上げると、みんな笑いました。
Gym lesson
For our gym lesson
We did chase the tail, and it’s an exhilarating experience that pushes boundaries and fosters teamwork. We were tired but invigorated after chasing our friends’ and teachers’ tails. We carried with the satisfaction of knowing they’d conquered the challenge—and perhaps even caught the tail. We crawled like an alligator towards the cone and came back like a crab or a lion; when we reached the goal, we roared like a lion. We did a balanced beam to try not to fall; if we fall, it is completely fine, and we can do it again.
尻尾を追いかけるのは、限界を突破し、チームワークを育む爽快な体験でした。友人や先生たちの尻尾を追いかけた後、私たちは疲れたけれど、元気をもらいました。私たちは、チャレンジする楽しさと尻尾を捕まえるという満足感を味わいました。私たちはワニのように這ってコーンに向かい、カニやライオンのように戻ってきました。転ばないようにバランス台を歩きました。転んでも全く気にせずにまた挑戦する子どもたちでした。
