Hello Aurora and Shooting Star families!
We have had another fun week at ISN!
Our main interesting activity this week was a special trip to the park! Instead of walking to our closest park, we took our school bus to a different, larger park!
今週のピックアップはバストリップです！今まで、近くの公園まで歩いて行ってましたが、今回はバスで少し大きい公園へ行きました。
Once again, before we got on the bus, we talked about the rules for how we ride on the bus. We partnered up in groups of older and younger students, and rode the bus very nicely to the park. There was lots of English being spoken on the bus!
バスへ乗車する前にみんなで車中でのルールを確認して、AuroraとShooting Starでペアを組み、大きいお友達は小さいお友達を助けて公園へ向かいました。行く途中も外を見ながら ”Look! I see…”, “Do you like…?”などとお話をしながら行きました。
After arriving at the park, we had a big drink, because it was very warm and sunny outside. We then talked about what activities we could enjoy, as some of the equipment had large puddles from the recent rainy days. Our activities included a slide, the sandpit, chasing our teachers, and a large rope structure.
公園に着き、しっかり水分補給をしました。前日まで雨が降っていたので公園には大きな水溜まりがあったでの今回遊べる遊具は滑り台、砂場、ジップライン、そして追いかけっこにしました。
We were able to play at the park for over one hour! We had frequent drink breaks in order to stay cool and hydrated. Some students as well as our teacher also applied sunscreen, in order to not get sunburnt!
公園では１時間ちょっと遊びました。水分補給も頻繁にしました！日焼け止めも塗るお友達もいましたね。
Our friends in Rainbow class also visited the park, so we were able to play with them for a period of time.

Finally, it was time to return to school. We once again had a large drink, and partnered up with our previous buddy. We then walked to the bus, and got on the bus very nicely. After a short bus ride, in which some students were very sleepy, we arrived back at school just in time to eat our lunch.
そしてスクールに戻る時間になってしまいました。再度、水分補給をして公園へ来たときと同じパートナーとペアになりバスに乗り込みました。バスで揺れていると、眠くなってしまったお友達もいましたね zzz そしてランチの時間にスクールに到着しました。
Everyone had a great time, and we were very lucky that we finally had a nice sunny day after several days of rain. Hopefully we can take the bus to another park again soon!
しばらく雨が降っていたので今回バスで公園へ行けて本当に良かったです！ またバスで公園へ行けたらなぁ。と思います。
