Craft
We made a demon mask for the setsubun. It is a festival held on February 3rd, the day before the start of the spring season. The famous ritual is mamemaki, in which people drive evil spirits from their homes by throwing soybeans out the door and shouting Oni was soto! Fuku was uchi! Some of us were scared when we saw the finished mask we made.
節分に向けて鬼のお面を作りました。 立春の前日である2月3日に行われるお祭りです。 有名な儀式は豆まきです。人々は豆を戸の外に投げ、「鬼は外だ！」と叫び、悪霊を家から追い出します。 福はうちでした！ 私たちが作ったマスクの完成品を見て怖くなった子どももいました。
Park
Every time we go to the park, we are always surprised by how they can find new ideas while having fun. They collected and put the dried pine tree leaves together, saying they would do a dondonyaki. Some say to bake a cake on their collected dried pine leaves. Their imaginations are just simply astonishing!
公園に行くたびに、彼らが楽しみながら新しいアイデアを見つける様子にはいつも驚かされます。 どんどん焼きをしようと言って、乾いた松の葉を集めて並べました。 集めた乾燥した松の葉でケーキを焼くという人もいます。 彼らの想像力にはただただ驚かされます。

Continuing our monthly theme, transportation, we matched the cut vehicle pictures and colored the others. We did our best fantastically!
毎月のテーマである交通機関に引き続き、切り取った車両の写真を合わせて、その他の写真に色を塗りました。 子どもたちは素晴らしく頑張りました！
