Hello everyone!
It has been a shorter, but just as fun week in our Rainbow class here at ISN!
We have been having fun playing outside, made some nice autumn crafts and continued practicing for the Christmas show.

先週の暖かさがうそのように今週は冷え込みが厳しくなりましたが、レインボーさん達は元気いっぱい園庭で遊び、秋の製作などをして楽しみました。
もちろんクリスマスショーにむけての練習も毎日頑張っています。
Gym lesson
This week’s gym lesson was also full of energy and fun.
We did some different jumping and balancing exercises in the mat after we finished our usual warm up. The spider walk across the mat is difficult, but everyone did their best! We finished the lesson by using the pull-up bar to do two slightly different exercises.
First, they had to use their strength to hang from the bar.
Second, they had to not only hang there, but touch the bar with their legs at the same time!
今週のジムレッスン沢山体を動かし積極的にチャレンジし楽しみました。
マット運動では様々なジャンプの仕方、バランスのとり方に重点をおいて行いました。何回か練習をしてるのでどのお友達の上手にできましね。その中でも特に難しいクモサン歩き！腕と足で体を支えながら前進！先生に手伝ってもらいながらみんな一生懸命がんばりました。最後に鉄棒の練習をしました。鉄棒の握り方を再度確認し、しっかりと鉄棒を握り腕の力で体を支え前後に揺れる練習、その後に両足を鉄棒まで持ち上げそのままの体制をキープ！もう少しで足抜き回りが出来そうなお友達もいました。
Autumn crafts
For this week’s crafts, we made some cute Acorns using our handprint.
The kids all took turns getting their hands painted by their teacher.
We used some brown paint to make the handprint, and then glued on the top of the acorn after the paint had dried. On the paper is a nice little poem that’s very fitting for our little learners.
The poem goes: “”Just like a little acorn that grows to be a tree, I’m growing every day and learning what I’ll be!”
今週は秋の製作をしました！茶色の絵の具を手に塗ってもらい紙にペタッと！自分の手形をみて笑顔がこぼれました。手形をどんぐりにたとえてその上に帽子をつけて完成です。作品には一緒に詩も書かれています。小さなどんぐりもいずれ大きな木になるように、今後、将来の為毎日様々な事を学びどんぐりの様に力強く成長していく！まさにレインボーさん達です。毎日沢山の事を学び吸収し成長していってます。可愛らしいどんぐりの作品は廊下に飾ってありますので是非ご覧ください！
