Hello everyone!
It has been a fun week here in rainbow class!
The month has come to an end, so we have been talking about and reviewing what we have learned about sea animals. We have also been having fun singing and dancing together. Let’s take a look at some of the fun things we have been doing!
Crafts (Sea animals)
We had a lot of fun making a nice little aquarium filled with many of the sea animals we have learned! We used our fingers to apply the glue to the sea animals, and then glued it into the aquarium. It was nice seeing our wonderful students recognizing the animals! Good job Rainbow!
We also did some fun coloring of the different animals from the song “A sailor went to sea”
Gym lesson
We had another fun gym lesson full of energy!
The lesson started by doing some important stretching and warm up.
First up were some balance activities. We used the mat and walked across it in different ways.
We even made a small hill the kids had to balance over!
Next, we used the trampoline. The kids had to jump twice and then stop, and then repeat.
It looks so easy for some of our athletic rainbow students!
Some songs from July
We have been having fun singing a few different songs about sea animal in July that I would like to share with you.
“The jellyfish” is a fun song and dance. We have had a lot of fun dancing together!
“Baby Shark” is a very popular song that I’m sure most of you have already heard. We have been singing and dancing to these two versions of the song
