Hey everyone!
It has been another hot, but fun week here in Rainbow!
We have been taking some nice walks together and we used to small pool outside in the schoolyard for the first time this year!

今週は、肌寒い日もありましたが、比較的お天気にも恵まれ、お散歩や園庭でのプールをお友達と一緒に楽しみました。
Fun with water
Because of some unfortunate circumstances out of our control, we haven’t been able to go to the big pool for our swimming lessons yet this year. But that just made it even more special when we took out or small school pool this week!
The kids were so excited when they got the news that we were going to use the pool. They cheered while jumping up and down expressing their joy!
Once inside the pool they had fun playing with some of the toys, or just enjoying walking around in the nice cool water.
園庭での水遊び/プールが今週から始まりました！
園庭でのプールのお話をするとみんな大興奮！“やったー、プールはいれる”と大喜びしていました。先ずはプールで遊ぶ時のお約束を先生と一緒に確認していき、準備運動をし水遊びの始まりです。プールの中には、オモチャも入っています、お友達とシェアーしながら遊んだり、プールに入れた喜びをジャンプ、身体で表現していたお友達もいましたよ。みんなとても嬉しそうに遊んでいました。次回のプール遊びが楽しみですね！
Music lesson
We had another fun music lesson this week.
The lesson started by doing the fun robot walk from last week.
After pretending to be robots, we sat down in a circle on the floor.
The teacher then took out something small and green. Can you guess what it was?
It was a small toy frog! As expected, the kids were very excited to watch it jump around. When the frog was done jumping, it was our time to jump around! We pretended to be frogs as we jumped around to the teacher’s music.
We also had a lot of fun using the maracas while running around the room.
今週のリトミックは？
先週に引き続き、ロボットに変身し、拍子の数だけ手を打ったり、ステップの練習をしました。
そして次にスタッカート、アクセントの練習です。先生がカバンの中から取り出したのは！？なんでしょう？
なんとカエルのオモチャです！カエルがジャンプする度に歓声が上がり、笑が起こっていました。カエルのジャンプをイメージし、今度は、みんながカエルさんの様にジャンプしてみます。音楽に合わせて両足をそろえてピョンピョン！
最後にマラカスを使い、音の強弱、高低を学びました。クラス内を歩きながら先生の指示を聞き強く振ったり、やさしく振ったり、速く振ったりしてみました。
今週も身体を動かしながらの楽しいリトミックの時間となりました。
