Hello everyone!
It’s the last week of the school year here at ISN. Some of our students will graduate from Rainbow and will start in Aurora from April. It has been wonderful seeing how much they have grown over the past year. I’m so proud of all of them, and grateful for all their energy and the good times we have had together. They are very excited to move up, and I know they will do a great job as Aurora students!

暖かい春の日差しを感じるようになり、早いもので１年が過ぎようとしています。基本的生活習慣を身に付ける中で、少しずつ自分で出来る事が増えてきましね。今では、笑顔でバイバイが言え、元気よくおはようが言えるようになり、先生達から離れお友達と一緒に遊んだりできるようになりましね。子供たちの成長を嬉しく思っています。保護者の皆さまの温かいご理解ご協力のおかげで、とても楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。子供達の成長を喜び、見守って頂けた事、とても感謝しています。
Gym
This week’s gym class we focused on jumping and balance. We used balance beams for our balance exercises. We also used the balance beams for our jumping exercises. We put them the floor, and then the kids had to jump over each of them. It was great to see everyone’s big jumps!
Finally, we set up a small obstacle course using some chair and an elastic band. The kids could use their own wits to figure out how to cross it. Some walked over, and others went under.
今週のジムレッスンはジャンプ、バランスの練習をしました、紐の上をジャンプしながら踏まない様に飛び越えたり、バランス棒の上をバランスを保ちながら落ちない様に慎重に歩いて渡ったり、ゴムが張り巡ってる所を自分で考えながらゴムに触らない様に飛び越えたり、くぐったりしました。どのお友達も上手にできましたよ！お友達を応援したり、できたら拍手をしたりと、とても楽しいジムレッスンになりました。
Music
We took a look at different between fast and slow. We took a look at a picture book with some examples of fast and slow comparisons. We then used our bodies in rhythm and speed with the music. Everyone moved with a lot of energy and laughter!
今週のリトミックは、速いもの、遅い物を捜し、テンポの速遅を体験しました。
絵本を見てどちらが速いか！“うさぎと亀/走る人、歩く人/自転車と自動車”などを比べました。ピアノの音に合わせて速く走ったり、ゆっくり歩いたりもしました。音楽に合わせて体を動かす事が大好きなレインボーさん、みんなとても楽しそうに参加していました。そして最後に１０人のインディアンズをみんなで歌いながら手拍子をしたりして楽しみました。
