ISN長野キャンパスレインボークラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
今週もレインボーさん達は元気いっぱい楽しい１週間を過ごしました。
Gym
If there is one thing that all the Rainbow kids love to do, it’s to move their bodies! We started of this week’s lesson by stretching our bodies and warming up. We followed it up by doing a bear walk and crawl from one side of the room to the other. Next, we did a forward roll on the mat followed by walking across some balance beams. We also used to mat to make a small hill for the kids to climb over.
レインボーさん達は、体を動かす事が大好きです！毎週ジムレッスンの日をとても楽しみにしています。
今週は、マットや跳び箱を使いクマさんの様にのしのしと跳び箱乗り越えマットの上を歩きました！コロコロコロ～と転がるお友達もいましたが、みんなとても上手にできましたよ。
次に挑戦したのがでんぐり返しからのバランス棒です！でんぐり返しは先生に手伝ってもらいながらくるりん！と回ることが出来ました。バランスをとりながら歩くのはみんな上手ですいすい歩いて渡っていました。ジムレッスンの時間はあっという間に過ぎてしまいます……来週も楽しみですね。
Music
We had another fun music class this week. We started off the lesson by taking a look at different fruits. We then said the name of the fruit while clapping in rhythm to the sound. We also used the rope from last week to practice our balance. The teacher made a nice little path for the kid to walk.
Everyone did a great job walking steadily on the rope while their friends were cheering them on!
今週のリトミックは、先週に引き続きゆっくりロープの上を鈴を鳴らさずに歩く練習をしました。真っすぐのロープはみんな素早く鈴を鳴らさずに歩けますが、クネクネのロープの上はバランスをとりながらゆっくり、ゆっくり、時間をかけて歩いていました。まだまだ鈴は鳴ってしまいますがみんなとても頑張りました。そして今回は果物のイメージと果物の名前を言いながらリズムをとりながら手を打つ練習をしました、先生のお手本を見ながら一生懸命がんばりました。
Crafts (Hinamatsuri)
Next week is Hinamatsuri, so we decided to make that this weeks crafts project. We used an empty tissue box, some paper cups and colored paper to make our very own doll decorations. Everyone had a lot of fun gluing paper to the box and the figures to the cup. They all turned out amazing, and the kids proudly showed of their craft when they were done!
来週はひな祭りです！今回は、ひな祭りのお雛様、おだいり様を作りました！見本を見せたらみんな“かわいい、作りたい”と大はしゃぎ！箱ティッシュの裏面にちぎった折り紙を張り付けて土台を作り、ゼリーのカップにお雛様、おだいり様を張り付け最後に桜を付けて完成です！“見てみて”“かわいいでしょう？”とお友達とお話しながら楽しそうに作っていました。かわいいお雛様、おだいり様ができあがりましたよ。作品は玄関に飾ってありますのでご覧ください！
