ISN長野キャンパスレインボークラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
The Christmas show is finally here this week!
We did a lot of practice for the Christmas show, and everyone is really looking forward to it!
Even though we spent most of the time practicing for the Christmas show, we still had time for our swimming lesson and some fun Christmas crafts.
今週は、みんなが楽しみにしているクリスマスショーがあります！ドキドキ、ワクワクしますね。ショーの為に毎日練習をがんばってしてきました。
そして今週のレインボーさんは、練習のほかにクラフト、スイミングレッスンがありました。
Swimming lesson
Everyone has gotten used to the water, so there are never any tears, only smiles when we go to the pool! Before we can start the lesson, we do our usual stretches and take a shower before entering the pool. Once we are in the pool, we splash ourselves with water. First on our heads, then our shoulders and stomach.
This week, the kids walked a few rounds on the platform before crawling through a hoop the teacher was holding. We also made a small area for the kids to walk around in inside the pool. Next, the kids walked around on the platform picking up balls floating on the water.
We finished our lesson with something very special! We set up the platforms so they became a small waterslide! No one was scared and everyone had a lot of fun!
今週のスイミングレッスンでは、プールの中を歩いたり、ワニさん歩き、ボール拾いに、カード集め、最後に皆が大好きなすべり台をしました、水にもだいぶ慣れてきてレッスンに楽しんで参加しています。台を外してのプールへの入り方、上がり方、体勢を低くしてのワニサン歩きもとても上手に出来る様になりました。今週は初めてウォータースライダーに挑戦！台を斜めにし上からすべり台の様に滑り降りてます。とても楽しかったのか“もっとやりたい”“楽しい”とお友達同士でお話していました。次回のレッスンも楽しみですね。
Crafts
Everyone helped out making a nice big Christmas tree!
They each painted a part of the big Christmas tree that you will see at the Christmas show!
今週はスペシャルなクラフトをしました！大きなクリスマスツリーの絵にみんなで色を塗りました。みんな丁寧に頑張って色を塗ってくれたおかげで大きな可愛いツリーが出来上がりました。
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the Christmas show!
