Hello everyone!
It has been yet another adventurous week for the Rainbow class here at ISN!
ISN長野キャンパスレインボークラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
今週もレインボーさん達は元気いっぱい、楽しい一週間を過ごしました。
Park
The weather may not have been the best, but that doesn’t stop us from having a great time at the park. The clouds were grey and gloomy when we looked out the windows before going to the park this week. The kids sang “Rain rain go away” to keep the rain away before leaving, and they chased away the rain before it came! At the park everyone had a great time playing on the playground, using the swings, the slide or just running around.
オーロラさんと一緒に公園に行き、先生達と鬼ごっこをして走り回ったり、落ち葉でおままごとをしたり、松ぼっくりを拾ったり、アスレチックやブランコで沢山遊びました。曇り空でお天気が心配でしたが出発前にrain rain go away!!を歌ったおかげでお天気に恵まれ楽しい時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
Gym
The gym class started with our usual warm up.
I’m always very impressed by the energy of everyone when they try to catch the rope!
We started the actual lesson by balancing across a rope laying down on the mat. Everyone had to balance by walking straight and by walking backwards.
Next, the kids rolled across the mat by themselves one time. This was just a warm up for our next activity! For the next activity the kids had to pair up. They then had to lay down on the mat while holding each others hands. Then they had to roll across the mat together while holding hands. After everyone finished rolling on the mat, they had to do it again, but this time across the whole room!
Everyone had a lot of fun and did a great job!
We repeated last week’s jumping practice where the kids had to try and jump over a box by placing their hands down on it and vaulting over.
準備運動と先生が持つロープを追いかけて捕まえる！今週はどのお友達が捕まえたかな⁉ 体も温まりレッスンスタートです。
初めに綱渡り、ロープの上をバランスをとりながら歩きました。みんなあっという間に渡りきりました。次は少し難しくなり、後ろ向きで挑戦！慎重にロープを確認しながらゆっくり渡ることができました。次にマットの上をコロコロと転がる練習です、初めは一人でしたがみんな上手にできたので、今度はお友達とペアーになり手を繋ぎ、息を合わせてコロコロコロ～！お友達共上手に転がることが出来ました。最後に跳び箱の練習！足、手の位置を再度確認しジャンプ！もう少しで跳べるお友達もいました。今週も沢山体を動かし楽しいジムレッスンとなりました。
Crafts
With Christmas rapidly approaching, we decided to start making some nice Christmas crafts already.
We used a paper plate to make a wreath!
The kids got a big piece of coloured paper and tore it into smaller pieces. They also got some nice fluffy ball decorations and a Christmas figure. They could then glue and design their own wreath!
もうすぐ１２月、１２月といえばクリスマスですね！
今週はクリスマスの工作をしました。紙皿、折り紙を使いクリスマスリース作りに挑戦しました。紙を小さく破いて貼り付けもみの木を表現、そこに飾りをつけて素敵なリースが出来上がりました。楽しそうに出来上がった作品をお友達と見せ合いしていました。
Music
We had a very special music class this week!
We began practicing using the tambourine in rhythm to our Christmas show songs.
The kids have to remember the lyrics and the rhythm for the Christmas show, so they have a big task in front of them! Good luck Rainbow class, I know you will do great!
今週はクリスマスショーにむけて練習をしました。
カスタネット、鈴を歌や曲に合わせてリズムをとる練習、どのお友達も真剣に先生の真似をしたり、じっと見てお話を聞いていました。
苦戦しながらもみんなすごく頑張っています！
