Hello Aurora families!
ISN長野キャンパス オーロラクラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
We have had another fun week at ISN!
今週もオーロラさんたちは、ISNで楽しく充実した一週間を過ごしました。
Last week we had our June Birthday Party! We had lots of fun celebrating two birthdays in Aurora – we handed out cards, did funny skits and even had a dance party. Happy Birthday both of you!
6月生まれのお友達のお誕生日会がありました。
オーロラクラスからは、２名のお友達が６月で４歳になりました☺ハッピーバースデー♫
担任の先生からバースデーカードをもらったあと、全員でお誕生日のお歌を歌ってお祝いをしました。最後はレインボーさんたちと一緒にダンスパーティー！笑顔と笑い声がたくさんの特別な時間となりました☺
次回のお誕生日会もお楽しみに・・🍰
We also did some craft inspired by the famous nursery rhyme “Rain rain go away”.
The children made their own unique raindrops by covering their hands with paint and pressing it down on the paper,
Everyone did a great job!
先月のお歌「Rain rain go away」をテーマにしたクラフトにも挑戦しました。

We had a fire drill this week! We practised evacuating the school, covering our mouths and walking quickly and quietly outside. We were even visited by the fire department, who showed us how to use fire extinguishers and gave us a tour of their truck. It was very exciting!
今月の避難訓練の様子です。どのお友達も先生の指示をよく聞いて、落ち着いて避難場所まで避難できていました。
さらに今回は、特別に消防隊員の方々が消防車に乗ってスクールへ来てくださいました。
本物の消防車を前にして、みんなキラキラと目を輝かせていましたよ☺
スタッフによる消火器を使用した消火訓練も実施しました。
最後に消防車両の見学もさせていただき、子どもたちはもちろん私たちスタッフにとってもとても貴重な体験となりました。
The weather was very warm, so we went to the park! Everyone had fun playing on the playground, but the swings were too muddy to play on! Instead, we played hide and go seek with our teachers!
お天気の良い日には、レインボーさんたちと一緒に公園へ遊びに出かけました。
Next we had a fun gymnastics lesson! We worked on pull ups, somersaults and spins. Everyone did very well, and is ready for our sports festival!
今週のGym lessonの様子です。
来週に予定されているスポーツフェスティバルに向けて、最後の練習をしました。どのお友達も集中して真剣に取り組んでいましたよ。本番もこの調子で頑張ってくれるといいなぁと思います☺
After that, we started our new topic, talking about Sea Animals. At first, we watched a Jacques Cousteau film about submarines. Then, we talked about and designed our own versions of submarines. Many people had some great ideas!
今月長野キャンパスの子どもたちはSea Animals(海の生き物)について楽しく学んでいく予定です。
潜水艦で海の中を探索するという映像をみんなで観たあとに、それぞれ思い思いに潜水艦や海の生き物の絵を描いてみました。
個性あふれる作品が出来あがりましたよ🐡

Finally, we had another fun music lesson. We practiced syllables by clapping and repeating rhythms, listened for specific beats and did the correct dance. Everyone did a great job!
今週も楽しいリトミックがありました。
どのお友達も先生のお話やピアノのメロディーをよく聞きながら、レッスンに参加することができていました。
次回のリトミックもお楽しみに♪
