Hello Aurora families!
ISN 長野キャンパス オーロラクラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
We have had another interesting week at ISN!
今週もオーロラさんたちは、ISNで楽しく充実した一週間を過ごしました。
The weather was great, so we had a fun trip to the park! Popular activities included playing on the swings, running and chasing each other and even running races and playing “Red Light, Green Light”.
今週も晴天に恵まれた長野市。
レインボーさんたちと一緒に、公園まで散策へ出かけました。
それぞれ思い思いに遊具で遊んだり、お友達や先生と追いかけっこをしたりとたくさん体を動かしました！
We had another super gymnastics lesson! This time we continued working on our balance by walking on our beams, and our upper body strength by practicing pull-ups. Everyone is getting bigger and stronger!
今週の体操の様子です。
みんなで柔軟運動をしてから、前回に引き続き平均台の上をバランスを取りながら歩く練習をしたり、鉄棒を用いて腕の力を使ってぶら下がることにも挑戦しました。前回よりも着実に成長してきているのが目に見えてわかります。

After that, we learned about our similarities and differences. We talked about our hair colour and length, our eye colour as well as the fact that some people wear glasses. We even practiced describing ourselves using these criteria!
今週は「人が持つ違いを理解し、互いを認め合う」をテーマに、お互いの髪の色や長さの違いについて、瞳の色の違いについて、またメガネをかけている人もいるよね、などを先生と生徒でディスカッションをしながら確認をしました。

We also had the chance to play outside. This time, we played hide and go seek, in addition to our usual soccer and sandpit activities.
お天気の良い日には、スクールの園庭で楽しく遊びました。
みんなでかくれんぼをしたり、サッカーをしてお友達とかけ回ったり、お砂場でも遊びました。
Finally, we had a great music lesson. We practiced listening for specific rhythms and doing the appropriate dance, and using the metronome to work on our rhythm and timing.
みんな大好き楽しいリトミックもありましたよ。
先生が奏でるピアノの異なるメロディーを聞きながら「カニさん」「大きなお魚さん」「小さなお魚さん」に変身しました♫
どのお友達も、先生が「次は○○だよ～」と言わなくても、きちんとピアノの音を聞き分けて、変身ができていました！
