Hello everyone!
Many happy moments happened this week in Rainbow class.
Park
It is still sizzling outside, but we are pleased that we could play and visit the park. We always make sure to play under the shade as much as possible. It is almost half the month, but it is still scorching outside. Nevertheless, we had so much fun.
外はまだジリジリと暑いけれど、公園で遊べるようにもなって嬉しいです。いつもできるだけ日陰で遊ぶようにしています。今月も半分が過ぎようとしていますが、外はまだまだ暑いです。それでも、子どもたちはとても楽しみました。
Gym lesson
Before the gym lesson started, the kids shouted and requested the Chasing Tail Game. Beforehand, we warmed up by jumping, running, and rolling on the ground. We did something new this week; we made a ball of various shapes using newspaper. We shot that ball into the ring held by the teacher. The teacher moved the ring around to make it more challenging, and we chased him and shot the ball into the hoop. Because it was too hot, some of them sometimes stayed in the shade and lay down.
ジムレッスンが始まる前、子どもたちは大声をあげて「しっぽ取りゲーム」をリクエストしました。その前に、ジャンプしたり、走ったり、地面を転がったりしてウォーミングアップをしました。今週は、新聞紙を使っていろいろな形のボールを作りました。そのボールを、先生が持っているフープに投げ込みました。先生がリングを動かして難易度を上げると、子どもたちは先生を追いかけてボールをフープに入れました。あまりの暑さに、日陰で寝転がる子もいました。
Music
We were surprised at how perfectly we did it: shaking maracas with music and stopping when the music stopped. Most of us were using maracas for the first time, but we were very good. The teacher also showed us the blue see-through fabric that makes waves with music. When the sound was more significant, we shook the fabric up and down widely, and when the sound was more prominent, we shook it very small. We were able to do many different things skillfully in tandem with music
.音楽に合わせてマラカスを振り、音楽が止まったらマラカスを止める、ほとんどの子どもがマラカスを使うのは初めてでしたが、とても上手にできました。
先生は、音楽に合わせて波を立てる青いシースルーの布も見せてくれました。音が大きくなるときは布を上下に大きく揺らし、音が小さくなるときは布を小さく揺らしました。音楽と連動させて、いろいろなことが上手にできました。
Shapes
For our monthly theme, we did activities like finding the shapes in the classroom. Before doing so, we reviewed all the shapes we may find inside. We colored the circle and were amazed at how we could imagine that simple circle into colorful earth and round mountains.
毎月のテーマとして、教室の中にある図形を探すアクティビティを行いました。その前に、教室の中にどのような形があるか、もう一度確認しました。子どもたちは円に色を塗りました。その単純な円を、子どもたちはカラフルな地球や丸い山に想像できることに、私たちは驚かされました。
