Hi everyone! Here we go, July!! We started our July monthly theme, which is all about fruits. We named three kinds of fruits daily and put them in our personalized paper basket.
皆さん、こんにちは！7月に入りました！7月のマンスリーテーマは「果物」です。日替わりで3種類のフルーツに名前を付け、オリジナルのペーパーバスケットに入れました。
Park
We grabbed that opportunity and had fun on a day that wasn’t hot enough to play in the park. We found a spider web and a spider inside the tiny hole web. We climbed up and down the steps and went through the maze. Monster play was always one of our favorites. Searching for some ants was another friend’s enjoyment.
私たちは天候に恵まれ、公園で遊ぶことができました。クモの巣を見つけ、小さな穴の中にクモがいるのを見ました。子どもたちは階段を登ったり降りたり、迷路をくぐったりしました。モンスターの遊びはいつも子どもたちのお気に入りのひとつです。アリを探すのも楽しんでいた子どもたちです。
Gym lesson
For our gym lesson, first, we warmed up our bodies by rolling on the floor and jumping, reaching the teacher’s hand. After that, we chose one colored cone and balanced it on our heads. It was really hard for us to do, and it could easily fall. Other friends cried and were annoyed when it fell, but we kept trying. Next, we jumped to the interval ring and cone-piled. Lastly, we did our favorite as of the moment, which was the chase game belt; since we did it inside the classroom, we could not run as fast as we could to protect our tail.
ジムレッスンでは、まず床を転がったりジャンプしたりして体を温め、先生の手にタッチしました。その後、色のついたコーンを1つ選び、頭の上でバランスをとりました。これは本当に難しく、簡単に落ちてしまいます。コーンが落ちると泣いたり怒ったりしている子もいましたが、子どもたちは挑戦し続けました。次に、三角コーンを両足でジャンプして、リングに飛び移りました。しっぽとりは教室の中でやったので、しっぽを守るために全力疾走はできませんでした。
Music lesson
We walked like an elephant, with the harsh sound from the piano in a slow and low tone, and we even got showered from the trunk with a piano splashing sound. We ate like a squirrel with a fast and high chirping sound, and we jumped like a rabbit and listened carefully to what was going on around us using our long ears with a piano muttering sound. We jumped like a frog with piano sounds like the jingling of sleigh bells and jumped into the pond in a loud, splashing sound. Hearing different sounds from the piano and acting together as animals was so much fun.
ピアノの重厚なゆったりとした低い音を聴きながら象のように歩き、ピアノの水しぶきを浴びながら象の鼻からシャワーを浴びました。早くて高いさえずりの音でリスのように食べ、ピアノのつぶやくような音でウサギのようにジャンプし、長い耳で周りの状況を注意深く聞きました。そりの鈴が鳴るようなピアノの音でカエルのように飛び跳ね、大きな水しぶきを上げてリングの池に飛び込みました。ピアノのさまざまな音を聞きながら、動物になりきって一緒に行動するのはとても楽しかったです。
Craft
For our tanabata craft, we used a coffee filter and food coloring. We colored the face first, folded the filter paper, and dipped it into the colored water to make it more fancy and attractive. We dried after and stuck the heads to our colored coffee filter as a body and dress. The outcome was incredibly fantastic, and we wanted to do it more.
To celebrate the Tanabata Festival, we made Orihime and Hikoboshi crafts. These symbolize a Japanese commemoration of the romance of two lovers—a married couple—represented by the stars (Orihime), the weaver star, and Altair(Hikoboshi), the cow herder star.
七夕の工作では、コーヒーフィルターと食用色素を使いました。まず顔をクレヨンで塗って色をつけ、ろ紙を折って色水に浸し、より華やかにしました。その後乾かして、色を塗ったコーヒーフィルターに頭をくっつけ、ボディとドレスにしました。出来上がりは信じられないほど素晴らしく、私たちはもっとやりたくなりました。
七夕を祝うために、織姫と彦星を作りました。織姫と彦星は、織姫は織女星、彦星は牽牛星と呼ばれます。
