Farewell cards from a good friend and long-time classmate. He’s off to new adventures from the New Year. We will miss him, and we wish him well
Our last two school days of the year were busy with new toys, final lessons and a fond farewell.
12月の最後の週は、クリスマスパーティーがあり、サンタクロースさんが、Shooting Star Classに玩具のプレゼントを届けてくれました。朝の時間やRecess Timeなどには、新しい玩具で楽しそうに遊んでいました！一緒に遊んだり、お友達が挑戦している様子を見ながら、順番を待つ様子が見られました。
12月には、お友達とのお別れもありました。一人ひとりに、英語でお手紙を書いて渡してくれました。一緒に過ごしてきた時間は、皆にとって宝物です。
また、クリスマスショーに向けて一緒に協力し合ったそれぞれのグループを、皆の前で、あたらめて、褒め合いました。1月からは、新しいグループで活動していく予定です。
27, 28日は、公園に行ったり、美味しいお弁当を食べたりと、楽しく過ごしました。また、久しぶりのお昼寝の時間もありましたが、子どもたちの成長を、あたらめて感じた機会となりました。心も身体も日々成長している子どもたち。冬休み明けもどうぞよろしくお願いいたします。
Many Shooting Stars also came on the 27th and 28th to play in the park, enjoy our lunchbox lunches in Aurora room, and nap in the room just-east. Most LOVED the chance for a rare nap-time, but some opted for videos after finding that they could not fall asleep any more. Growing up, getting ready for Milky Way in just 3 months, and first grade just a year after that!
