We’re back from the Golden Week holidays! We were excited to talk about what we did during the holidays. Some of us brought some pictures to talk about how fun our Golden Week was. We showed our pictures to our friends and they asked us some questions.
ゴールデンウィークが無事に終わり、学校に戻ってきましたね。皆で、お休みの間、何をしたのかについて伝え合いました！何人かは、写真を見せてくれ、ゴールデンウィークの思い出について話してくれました。また、クラスのお友達に写真を見せて、質問に答えてくれました。
Also, we had a Show and Tell of our Family Tree. We introduced our family members to our friends. We are looking forward to seeing and meeting everyone’s family members in the future.
クラスでは、Show and Tellの時間に、ファミリー・ツリーについての発表がありました。来週以降も、一人ひとりのファミリー・ツリーの写真をもとに、お友達に、自分の家族について紹介をしていきます。とても楽しみにしています！
Phonics
On Monday, we did an upper case- lower case letter matching game where we had to go to the matching upper case letter. We got confused about some letters like m and w, p and q, and i and l.
月曜日に、大文字と小文字のマッチングゲームを行いました。mとwや pとq、また、 iと lの文字の区別では、難しそうにしている様子もありましたが、これからも引き続きフォニックスを学んでいきます。
Dance Lesson
We went to the Gym on Tuesday and did some exercise and dance.
今週火曜日にダンスレッスンに行きました。ダンスやウォームアップの体操も楽しみました！
Workstation
We had four stations this week- puzzles, cutting practice, and following patterns using crayons and stickers.
今週のワークステーションでは、パズル、ハサミで切る練習、クレヨンやシールを用いて、同じパターンにしていくワークシート等で活動しました。

These are just some of the voices we heard during outside play. It’s always fun to play outside especially on a nice weather.
「恐竜が来るよ！」、「アイスクリームを作ろうよ！」、「ボールで遊ぼう！」
外で遊んでいると、このような声が飛び交います。お天気の良い日に外で遊ぶ子どもたちは、いつもとても楽しそうです。
Craft
We love our Mommies! So this coming Mother’s Day, we made a present for Mom, a bouquet. We hope you like it.
私たちは、お母さんが大好き！！母の日にお花のブーケのプレゼントを作りました。
