We chose a male beetle and chose him from the three choices we had. We talked about how we should take care of him. We are balanced and caring and we want to show our love to Mr. Bakercabbage.
今回は、三匹のカブトの中から１匹オスのカブトをみんなで選び、
これからどの様にお世話をしていくのか、何が必要なのかを話し合い Mr. Bakercabbage のお家をみんなで一緒に作りました。
バランスを考え、思いやりと共に Mr. Bakercabbage にたくさんの愛情を注いでいきたいと思います💛

This week was our Summative assessment. We were grouped in two teams and did a family role play. There were a number of Mommies and Daddies, and brothers in our teams.
今週は、Unit1の総合評価を行いました。
AとBチームに分かれ家族の role play をしました。お母さん役、お父さん役が人気で各チームたくさんいましたが、各自それぞれの役割を考えてみました。チームBにはお兄さん役のお友達もいました。
We made our props on Tuesday.
各チームで役割、ストーリーを考え何が必要かを話し合い、火曜日に段ボールを使い電車、車、洗濯機などを作製しました。
Some Mommies and Daddies cooked meals, some went to work, did the laundry with their washing machine, etc. Team A went on a picnic while Team B went to Tokyo to visit a friend via bullet train.
お父さん役のお友達は、仕事に出かけたり、お母さん役のお友達はお父さんと料理や洗濯をしたり、お兄さん役のお友達は学校に行ったり！
チームAの家族は、お休みの日にお弁当を持参しピクニックに行きました🏞
チームBの家族は新幹線でお友達に会いに東京に行ってきました🚅
各チームで考えた家族との楽しい時間の role play が上手にできました💮
Swimming
It’s always fun and exciting to go swimming. We crawled on the platform, got through the hoop, and practiced diving in the pool with the help of our coaches.
今週は、みんなが楽しみにしていたスイミングレッスンがありました😊
ワニさん歩きから始まり、潜ってフープをくぐる練習、飛び込みの練習もしました。飛び込みの練習では、姿勢の確認と先生に身体を支えてもらいながらプールにダイブ!!
ダイブ前は緊張してる様子が見られましたが、プールにダイブ後は笑顔で”楽しい！””できたよ!!”と、とても嬉しそうでした。カッコよく飛び込みができる様に次回も頑張って練習しようね☆
