We have had another fun week at ISN!
今週もISNでは楽しい時間を過ごしました。
We started the week off with a fun gym lesson!
まずはジムレッスンです💪
After stretching our upper and lower bodies, we started off by performing rolling situps, followed by regular situps, aided by a partner! These worked our abdominal muscles!
まず最初にストレッチをしてその後、お友達とペアになり腹筋運動です💦
Next we performed wheelbarrows with the help of our teacher, improving our arms and stomach muscles.
次はインストラクターの先生に手を貸してもらい、手押し車をしました(腕力を鍛えました💪💪）
Finally we performed sideways, forward and backward rolls, improving our whole body, as well as our balance and dexterity!
最後に、先ほど行った腹筋運動と腕力の組み合わせて、前転と後転の練習をしてクラスは終了です😎
Everyone had a great time, and worked very hard!

Also this week we had a series of great UOI lessons.
そして楽しいUOIのレッスンです⭐😉⭐
Our Transdisciplinary theme is “How we organize ourselves”, our Central Idea is “An understanding of the 3Rs can help us stay healthy and keep our environments clean” and we are finishing up Line of Inquiry 3, “How can garbage be sorted?”
探究テーマ “How we organize ourselves” 探究内容は “An understanding of the 3Rs can help us stay healthy and keep our environments clean” そして３つ目の Line of Inquiry “How can garbage be sorted?” (分別)について学習しました✎
For these lessons, we realized that we did not have enough bins in our classroom.
分別のレッスンをやっていく中で、カテゴリー別のゴミ箱がない事に気づいたので、今回は手作りゴミ箱を作ることにしました🖌📏✂
We therefore needed to make a Green, Yellow and Red bin, based on Nagano city’s garbage categories.
長野市のゴミ分別に使用しているビニール袋に合わせて緑、黄色そして赤のゴミ箱を作りました。 🗑 🗑 🗑
We recycled some cardboard boxes, and painted, decorated and fashioned them into bins.
段ボールをリサイクルし ♻ 、絵の具でそれぞれの色に塗りデコレーションをしました 🎨 ✨
Students were asked to bring in some rubbish from home, and once the bins were complete, we took turns sorting our rubbish into the correct bin.
ゴミ箱が完成すると、お家から持ってきたゴミを順番に自分たちで分別していきました。📜♻🧶💿📄✉🗳
Everyone was able to sort their rubbish correctly, and we are looking forward to our field trip to the recycling centre very soon!
