Hello everyone!
It has been yet another shorter, but fun week here in our Rainbow class.
Because of the holiday and our open pool days at the school, there was no music or gym lessons this week. However, we took this opportunity to do some crafts and play outside in the nice weather!
今週も祝日があり1日短い週でした！先週はレインボークラスのスイミング参観があり、今週は祝日、上のクラスのお友達のスイミング参観がありましたので今週のリトミック、ジムレッスンはお休みでした。お天気もよくお友達と楽しく沢山外で遊ぶ事ができました。
Playing outside in the sun! 🌞
At the end of last week, we had a lot of fun playing with the snow outside.
We even gathered all the snow and ice to make a small hill in the middle of the schoolyard!
Over the weekend, it was sunny and much warmer. So, it was to everyone’s surprise that our big hill was still alive! Although not as big anymore…
先週雪を集めて小さなお山を作りました、週末はお天気がよく氷のお山も少し溶けてさらにちいさくなりましたがまだ残ってました！氷に触るのが大好きなお友達、笑顔で氷のお山を眺めていました。
For the first time in a while, we had the chance to play in the sandpit again.
Everyone was very excited, and had a lot of fun playing together in the sand!
今週はお砂場で遊びました、久しぶりのお砂場にみんな大興奮！お山、ケーキ、ゼリーなどを作りお友達と見せあいながら楽しく遊ぶ事ができました。
Monthly theme (Family) 👪
The month is coming to an end, and so is our monthly topic.
We have been talking about different family members that one can have, and the ones we have in our family. Family members like: Grandma, grandpa, mommy, daddy, son, daughter, brother and sister.
We also did some coloring of the different family members.
It’s a good way for them to not only remember the names, but also continue to develop their fine motor skills.
今月は“家族”について学んでいます。
家族構成、一緒に住んでいたり離れて住んでいたりとさまざまですが、色々な形の家族の在り方をお話しました。兄弟がいるお友達は兄、姉、妹、弟がいるんだよ！とお話してくれました。
そこで家族の塗り絵をしました、“お父さん、お母さん、おじいちゃん、おばあちゃん、息子、娘、兄弟、姉妹”名前を確認しながら家族の顔を思い出し色を塗っていきました。家族のお話をしながら楽しくできました。
Crafts (Hinamatsuri) 🎎
We made some cute little dolls for this week’s crafts.
Their first task was to draw a face and color the clothes on the pictures of the dolls.
Then, we ripped origami paper and crumpled it into small balls that we glued on to a toilet paper tube. As you would expect, ripping paper is always very fun for our young learners!
今週のクラフトはひな人形を作りました！
材料はトイレットペーパーの芯、色紙、ひな人形の顔が描かれた紙。
先ずは顔に“目、鼻、口”を描き色を塗りました、次に色紙をちぎり小さく丸めます、それを半分に切ったトイレットペーパーの芯に糊で張り付けていきひな人形の着物を作りました。カラフルで素敵なひな人形ができあがりました。
紙をやぶる、ちぎるって楽しいですよね！みんな笑顔で色紙をちぎっていました。
