As we end our first unit, we learned the importance of sportsmanship. We noticed that some of us would feel sad or angry when we lose in a game. We talked about how we can be a good sport. We assessed ourselves by answering questions that talked about the qualities of a good sport, then drew ourselves to show good sportsmanship. After that, we presented our drawings in class.
Milky Way’s Got Talent!
We were about to do our morning circle when most of us talked about what we could do. That’s why we had our TV show, “Milky Way’s Got Talent!”
We showed our body flexibility, drawing, different poses, and did animal sounds.
We all have talents! We have to show them!
Team Game
We learned a new team game called “Patintero”. It’s a traditional Filipino game where we have to guard our house against outsiders. There are two teams, the taggers and the runners. The objective of the game is to cross the rectangle back and forth without getting tagged. The runners have 3 minutes to go back and forth. The winner gets 20 points.
