Hello everyone!
Our first week of summer school started with a bang! We were thrilled to be joined by three amazing new friends. We had a lot of fun getting to know each other. Our last unit was about making friends, so this was the perfect chance for our students to show how they welcome new friends.
Outside water play
There’s no better way to cool down from the summer heat than by soaking ourselves with some nice, cool water. We had a lot of fun playing outside with different water toys, not to mention water balloons. Some of the students even found it fun to soak their teachers, too!
Making boats
We crafted our own boats for outdoor water play using old cartons. The students decorated and designed their boats using markers.
