Nagano Rainbow~ Swim together,stay together(July 8th-12th)

Hello everyone! Finally, here we are. Our Pool Play starts this week!! Everyone is exhilarated about this day, especially us Rainbows, who always desire to play in the water.

Pool play

Pool play starts! It was the first week of our pool, and everyone was thrilled to play in the water. It is essential to create a safe and inclusive environment. Setting up small pools with appropriate water temperatures and child-friendly toys can help create a fun and engaging atmosphere for the little ones. It’s essential to have enough supervision to ensure our safety while they splash around and play in the water. Giggles echoed into the water.

Circle time

We could say the names of the flashcards nicely and loudly, and we guessed the fruits, too. We checked what was inside our little baskets on the wall and shouted all the names of the fruits.

Gym lesson

We usually start our gym lesson by warming up; we did the train walk around outside the circled cone and jumped inside the circled cone. The teacher told us to put the steeping cone and the ring by ourselves in our way and in what style we placed them. The teacher was surprised and amazed at how we did it. We played nicely in our own made obstacles, waited for our turn, and lined up nicely. We cannot end the gym lesson if our request is not granted. Which Catch Tail Game is the most favorite of all.

Music lesson

For the music lesson, the teacher showed us a book with shapes and colors, like round, square, and triangle. We used our hands to make those shapes as well. We used long blue strings to create lovely big and small waves. We did it remarkably! It took a lot of work to finish it. Everyone wanted to continue longer, but we were running out of time. Lastly, we sat in the hoop, pretending it was a boat we could use to ride on with matching music, and we counted 1,2,3, swaying our bodies inside the hoop.

Here is the video of our song this week; enjoy singing with your kids.

Thank you for dropping by to our blog and see you again next week!

Have a wonderful weekend!
