Hello Everyone!

UOI UNIT 1 About Me

For a couple of weeks now the kids have been sharing about themselves, about what they like. What color they like, What shape they like and this week they shared about what food they like. Some said soup, some said pizza, or rice and fried potatoes.

It was so much fun learning about things they like and its good to know more about them. They also shared about foods they don’t like and they said yucky.

ここ数週間、みんなで自分の好きなものについて話してきました。どんな色が好きか、どんな形が好きか、そして今週はどんな食べ物が好きかを話してくれました。ある子はスープ、ある子はピザ、ある子はご飯とフライドポテト。

オーロラさんのみんなが好きなものについて学ぶのはとても楽しくて、みんなのことをもっと知ることができてよかったです。また、嫌いな食べ物についてもシェアしてくれみんなで「ヤッキー」と言いました。

Dance Lessons

For our dance lessons kids enjoyed learning our new dance routine. They especially liked playing with the colorful parachute.

ダンス・レッスンでは、子供たちは新しいダンスを楽しんで学びました。特にカラフルなパラシュートで遊ぶのが気に入っています。

Bus Trip

Last week due to weather conditions we were not able to go outside and have our bus trip so instead we had an indoor picnic. Luckily we were able to rescheduled it. The kids were so excited to go ride the bus and go to the park. The kids enjoyed the park. Being in a new place and playing at the playground was such a thrill for them. We had an awesome fun day at the park. It was such a wonderful day.

先週は天候が悪くお外でのバス遠足をできなかったので、代わりに室内でピクニックをしました。それが幸運なことに予定を立て直すことができました。みんなはバスに乗って公園に行くのをとても楽しみにしていて、公園ではおもいきり楽しんできました。新しい場所、新しい遊び場で遊ぶことは、みんなにとってとてもスリリングなことでもありました。私たちは公園で最高に楽しい一日を過ごしました。とても素晴らしい一日になりました。
