Hello everyone!
It’s been another exciting week here at ISN, and a week full of sun and fun for our Rainbow students!
ISN長野キャンパスレインボークラスの保護者の皆さま、こんにちは！
今週もレインボーさんたちは楽しい一週間を過ごしました。
We started off the week the same way as we ended it last week, by going to the park! The sun came out from his hiding behind the clouds, and gave us a couple of sunny and fun days at the park. The rainbow students walk behind the Aurora students holding a walking rope on the way to and from the park. Good job everyone walking calmly and safely to the park!
In the park they had a lot of fun playing on the playground, using the slide, getting pushed on the swings and running around.
公園でオーロラさん達と一緒に楽しく遊びました。オーロラさんもレインボーさんも、先生とのお約束をしっかりと守り
歩けました。人気のブランコ、すべり台！ちゃんと並んで順番を待つことができました。みんなとても楽しそうにお友達、先生と
公園を走り回り、沢山遊び、帰るころには汗だくになっています。
そして！上の子が下の子の面倒を見てくれ、靴を履かせてくれたり、一緒に歩いたり、走ったり、階段では手をかしてくれているところを目にします。とても微笑ましい光景ですね。
We began the lesson by doing our usual stretches and warm up.
Next, the kids had to try and catch the rope teacher was holding. Everyone is too fast from the teacher, and eventually grabbed the rope!
Next we jumped as bunnies from one side of the room to the other. We also walked as a bear, spider and crawled as a baby from one side to the other side of the room.
Finally, we did a fun circuit.
First, they had to jump as bunnies over some rope on the ground, then crawl over the mattress, walk around the cone, walk across a balance beam and finally, jump on and off the vaulting box.
今週も楽しいジムレッスンがありました。
今日はどんなことをすんだろう！？とわくわくしながら始まりました。しっかり準備運動をし、今週も先生が持ってるロープを
捕まえる為にみんな、おもいっきり走りました！今週はどのお友達が捕まえたかな！？
そして、うさぎジャンプ、赤ちゃんハイハイ、クマさん歩きで競争もしました。平均台にも挑戦！どのお友達も両手を広げ
バランスをとりながら渡ることができました。最後にロープジャンプ、お山登り、平均台、跳び箱渡りをしました。アスレチック
で遊んでいるかの様に筋力、平衡感覚を養いました。
This week we also had another fun swimming lesson!
Before entering the pool, we did our usual stretching and took a shower.
We started the lesson off by splashing around with our feet and splashing some water on our shoulder, stomach and face.
Next, the kids had to pick up some rings from the bottom of the pool and put them in a basket the teacher was holding. Then they had to walk while balancing the ring on their heads.
They also had to pick up some balls floating in the water and put them in a hoop at the edge of the pool. The kids then had to walk and crawl through a hoop the teaching was holding.
Next, we had to pick up puzzle pieces floating in the water, and then assemble them at the edge of the pool.
Finally, we made a water slide for the kids. The kids had so much fun sliding down with a little help from the teachers!
先ずは、バタ足の練習、とても上手に足を上下にバタバタと動かせました。お顔、お耳もお水につけることができています、
少しずつお水への恐怖心もなくなってきていますね。体全体をお水につけてのワニさん歩き！前回よりも体をお水につけれるように
なっています。今週もカラフルなボール、小さな輪をプールの中から拾いカゴに入れたり、フラフープの中へ集めたりしました。
今週は、パズルにも挑戦しましたよ、プールからパズルを拾いプールサイドへ、みんなで力を合わせてあっという間に数種類の
パズルが完成！最後に先生に体を支えてもらいながら少し深いプールの方へお散歩もしました。今週も笑顔がいっぱいの
スイミングレッスンとなりました。
We had another fun music lesson this week.
The lesson started with our usual greeting song.
Next, we learned about the difference between high and low using a fun picture book. We then walked around the room while reaching for the roof or hitting the floor according to the different music we heard. We then used hula hoops and pretended to be cars as we walked in rhythm to the music.
今週も楽しいリトミックがありました。
元気よくトントントンのご挨拶ができました。先週に続き、走る、止まるの即時反応、テンポコントロールを学びました。
フープの自動車に乗ってドライブ！音楽に合わせて、ゆっくり走ったり、早く走ったり、音楽が止まったら止まる！みんな音を聴きわけながら上手にできました。そして強弱と空間の表現では空間に動作をつけながら鈴とカスタネットを使い、大きな太鼓、小さな太鼓を表現しながら歌いました。
今週は、高いもの、低いものを探し、音の高低とイメージを合わせる事を学びました。絵本をみながら高いもの、低いものを探しました。そして高い＝手を頭の上にあげる、低い＝座り低くなり、高低を体験しました。
October is here, and that can only mean one thing!
Halloween!
We have been talking about Halloween in class this week, but some of the kids are a little scared of some of the ghost and monsters.
They have learned that there is no reason to be scared.
If a scary monster comes close, they can just say “Go away!”.
We have been singing the song “Go Away!” this week, and everyone is singing with their brave loud voices. Please try singing it at home when you have the time!
早いものでもう１０月ですね！１０月と言えば？
そうです、ハロウィーンです！今週はハロウィーンについてお話をしたり、歌を歌ったりしました。
お化けが少し怖いお友達もいますが、そんな時は“go away”と叫んでください。きっとお化け達もビックリして逃げて行っちゃいますよ！とても楽しいハロウィンの歌になっていますのでお家でもお子さん達と一緒に歌ってみてください。
