Hello everyone!
It’s been another exciting week here at ISN!
ISN長野キャンパスレインボークラスの保護者の皆様、こんにちは！
今週もレインボーさんたちは楽しい一週間を過ごしました。
We had our monthly birthday party at the end of last week, and it was a lot of fun!
The birthday child got a crown and a special card from their teacher after a short interview in front of everyone.
After that we sang happy birthday and used some musical instruments in rhythm to the teachers music. We also ended it with a big fun dance party!
先週、９月生まれのお友達の誕生日会がありました。
９月は、オーロラさんからお誕生日を迎えたお友達がいました。みんなでハッピーバースデー♫を歌い、インタビューを受け、バースデーカードをもらいました！そして先生の伴奏に合わせカスタネット、鈴を使いながらミッキーマウスマーチや幸せなら手をたたこう、ハロウィンの歌を歌ったり、ダンスをしたりと、とても楽しい誕生日会になりました。
It’s getting cooler outside, but that doesn’t stop us from having fun outside.
We had a lot of fun at the park. As always , our rainbow students followed the rules and walked safely to the park holding our rope. In the park they had a lot of fun playing on the playground, using the slide, getting pushed on the swings and running around.
だんだんと寒くなり、お天気が心配でしたが天気にも恵まれ公園で沢山遊ぶ事ができました。
木、草、石、砂を使いケーキを作るお友達、キャンプごっこをするお友達、すべり台、ブランコ、鬼ごっことみんなそれぞれ
公園で思いっきり楽しみました。
We had another fantastic gym class this week.
We began the lesson by doing our usual stretches and warm up.
Next, the kids had to try and catch the rope teacher was holding. The teacher was too slow for all of the fast rainbow kids!
We put some rings on the floor, and had the kids jump across them.
Next, we put out the mats on the floor. The kids then had to lay down on their backs with their legs up holding their knee, and roll from side to side.
We finished our lesson with a short obstacle course.
The kids had to crawl under the table and then jump across the rings on the mat.

今週は、バランス感覚、足、腕の力を鍛えました。フープをうさぎジャンプで跳んだり、ケンケンパっでは片足で体を支え
ジャンプしながら前進、マットの上では、膝を両手で抱え左右にゴロゴロ、そして障害物競走ではフープをジャンプし、机の下をくぐりぬけました。苦戦しながらもみんな頑張っていました。最後に手、腕を使いフープをしっかり握りしめて先生に引っ張って
もらいました、どのお友達も最後まで離すことなくしっかり握りしめる事ができました。来週はどんな事をするのかな？

We continued to prepare for our Halloween event by making some nice Jack-o’-lanters and monster masks! Our brave students had a lot of fun and no one was scared of their scary Halloween craft!
ハロウィンパーティーまでもう少しですね！
今週は、紙皿を使いジャックオーランタンを作りました。帽子、目、鼻を1つずつ糊で張り付け、口は以前みんなで線の練習をしたのを思い出しクレヨンで描きました。
そしてモンスターのお面に色を塗りました。カラフルで可愛い、怖いモンスター達ができあがりました。
順次廊下に飾っていきますので楽しみにしていてください。
We have also been singing a different Halloween song in preparations for our Halloween event. It has quickly become one of the most popular songs in rainbow class! The song is called “Knock Knock, Trick Or Treat?”, and includes many fun Halloween creatures. Please sing it together if you have the time! Our talented Rainbow kids can show you the dance!

お友達もいます。振り付けも上手にできていますのでお家でお子さんと一緒に歌いながら踊ってみてください。
We had another fun music lesson this week.
The lesson started with our usual greeting song.
Next, we used the same picture book as last time to learn about the difference between high and low. We then walked around the room while reaching for the roof or hitting the floor according to the different music we heard.
We also used a parachute sheet. We held it high or put it down low according to the different music we heard.
みんなとっても楽しみにしているリトミックの時間です！さて今週は？
トントントンのご挨拶から始まり、前回のおさらいで、高いもの、低いものの絵本を見ながら高い、低いの体験をしました。
今週はスカーフを使い高い音が聞こえたら高く上げ、低い音が聞こえたら体を低くする練習をしました。
他にもリズム打ちとステップも経験しました、馬になり、曲に合わせ歩いたり、走ったり、止まったりと曲を聴き分け動きを合わせる！みんなとても上手にできました。今週も楽しいリトミックになりました。
