明けまして、おめでとうございます✨冬休みはどうお過ごしでしたか?
We have had another fun week at ISN.
今週もISNでは楽しい時を過ごしました🎉
This week we started off with a fun gym lesson.
まずはジムクラスです。
After stretching our bodies, we started off by holding our legs and working on sitting up.
ストレッチをした後、腹筋を鍛えるために両足を抱えて座り後ろにゴロリと転がり再び起き上がる練習をしました😣💦
Next we went onto our backs, and held our legs straight up high in the air, making sure to not tip over.
その後、仰向けで寝ている状態から両手で腰を支えて両足を上へピンと伸ばす練習をしました🦵⚡
Then we performed forward rolls, and at the end of the rolls, held our legs up high.
そして、先ほどの動きと前転のコンビネーションの動きをしました❣足はピンっと上げられたかな❓❓
All of these exercises were linked together in that they all worked on improving our core muscles.
どれもインナーマッスルを鍛えるものでしたね💦💦
Finally we worked on our upper bodies and grip strength by holding onto our pull-up bar, again making sure to not fall off.
最後に、お待ちかねの鉄棒です。鉄棒では上半身の筋肉を鍛えました💪
Everyone did a great job, and is developing great coordination and balance.
みなさん、組み合わせの動きや、バランスを上手に取る事ができました💖
Also this week we started to talk about our final UOI topic of the year.
UOIのレッスンでは、今年最後のトピックについて話合いました。📚🖊
Our final topic will feature the Transdiciplinary theme “How we organize ourselves”, and we will be discussing a range of points in these lessons.
トピックは、 “How we organize ourselves” 「どのように整理整頓するか」です。
To get started, our teacher made a KW chart. The K stands for “What we already Know”, while the W stands for “What we Want to learn”.
レッスンのスタートにKWチャートK(既に知ってる事)W(何を学びたいか)を使用しました。
Students took turns discussing what they knew about the concepts of clean and dirty, as well as making requests to their teacher about things they may want to cover in the topic.
皆さん順番にCleanとDirtyについて何を知っているか発言してくれましたね。そしてこのトピックで何を学びたいかも積極的に話てくれました✨
After that our teacher assigned us the challenge of playing and cleaning up nicely, encouraging good communication and tidy play.
その後、先生が、遊びの後しっかりコミュニケーションを取り、片付ける事。そして綺麗に遊ぶ事を提案してくれました💡
We will be continuing this topic for the rest of the school term, and look forward to many fun lessons!
