Hello Aurora and Shooting Star families!
Aurora, Shooting Starのみなさんこんにちは☆彡
We have had another fun week at ISN!
また楽しい１週間をISNで過ごす事ができましたね❣
We started the week with a fun trip to the park!
最初は公園へ行きました🚶♂️🚶♀️🚶♂️🚶♀️
After getting our jackets on (because it is still chilly outside!), we lined up and headed on our way!
ジャケットのボタンをしっかり留めて、列に並びます。👞
We made sure to raise our hands when we crossed the street, and arrived at the park in no time
道を渡る際は手をピシっ！！っと上に挙げて渡りました。🚥 そして予定通り公園へ到着😉✌
Once we were there, we had the chance to play on the playground, swings, and draw lots of amazing pictures in the sand!
公園ではブランコや滑り台の遊具や、地面に素敵な絵を描いたりして遊びました❤
Finally, we returned back to school, with lots of fun stories to share with our friends!
そしてお友達や先生へお土産話をもってスクールへ戻りました。
Also this week, we had the chance to have another UOI lesson!
UOIのレッスンもありました📄✏
Our Transdiciplinary theme is “How we organize ourselves”, our Central Idea is “An understanding of the 3Rs can help us stay healthy and keep our environments clean”, and finally our 2nd Line of Inquiry is “We can reduce, reuse and recycle”.
探究テーマは “How we organize ourselves” 探究内容は An understanding of the 3Rs can help us stay healthy and keep our environments clean” そして２つ目の Line of Inquiry の “We can reduce, reuse and recycle”についてのレッスンをしました。
For this lesson, we had the chance to watch a video!
今回のレッスンはビデオをみました。💻
We watched Bill Nye the Science Guy tell us about Garbage.
Bill Nye the Science Guy tell us about Garbage を観ました。(ゴミについてのビデオです)
While watching, students took notes of any UOI words they heard, for example “waste”, “trash”, “reduce” etc.
今回のUOIのレッスンでは、ビデオを観ながらUnit４でリピートしてきたUOIの単語をノートにメモを取りながら行いました📒( waste, trash, reduce等です。 )
What was fun about this activity was that the students were in pairs, with one older student and one younger student in each pair!
AuroraとShooting Starのペアを組みながらこのアクティテーをしました。Shooting Starのお友達はしっかりAuroraのお友達をサポート出来ましたね🥰
The students enjoyed watching, and were able to recap some of the topics we had already learned in a fun way!
みなさん、静かにビデオを観る事ができ、聞き取り、楽しいレッスンが出来ました📄✏😉
Finally, a demon came and attacked our classroom, but we were able to repel him, and send him on his way!
最後に、２月２日節分の日にあの人がISNに来ました…。オニです…。😱😨怖いと言いながらも勇敢に立ち向かっていくお友達、怖くて泣いてしまうお友達、みなさんしっかり鬼退治が出来ましたね😁
