Welcome to the week of February! In this week, all the Rainbow kids were excited for this new month. The snow covered the schoolground over the weekend and we got the chance to play with snow. Each kid has a different way to play with snow, some loves to make snowballs, some loves to throw snow in the sky, making snow angels, gathering snow and acting like an ice cream maker.
2月に入り節分、バレンタインデーと楽しいイベントもありますが、やっぱり⛄雪遊びが一番人気！日陰にはまだ溶けてない氷がありますが、今週、園庭にフワフワの雪が積もり絶好の雪遊び日和になりました⛄ 雪玉を作ったり、フワフワの雪を上に投げキラキラと降ってくる雪に歓声が上がったり、スノーエンジェルを雪の上に寝ころび作ったり、アイスクリーム屋さんをしたりとお友達みんな思い思いに雪でたくさん遊びました。今週は、レインボーのお友達が大好きな外遊びをメインに行いました。まだまだ雪が降る2月、レインボーのお友達みんなで全力で楽しんでいきたいと思います☆
Besides that, we had our music lesson this week as well. We learned the new song “10 little Indians” and the gestures of the song too. The song was able to make us do the counting from 1 to 10 when we sing it, each kid was concentrate and participate with hand gestures.
今週のリトミックは、新しい歌に挑戦しました🎶
今回の歌は “10 little Indians” ！もちろん歌だけではなく、手を使いリズムをとりながら数字の時は手を打ち、インディアンの時は膝を両手でポンっと打ちます。初めてのレッスンでしたが、先生のお手本をよくみてゆっくり頑張りました。数字のカウントは、毎日朝のサークルタイムで歌っているので1‐10まで数える感じであっという間にリズムをつかむことができました。歌と手を同時に行うのは少し難しいですが、これからみんなで練習していきたいと思います。
Everyone was so looking forward to the birthday party, therefore we had one for our birthday celebrant this week too! We first get to know his interests and wished him with a birthday song. Next, we read a book on “The hospital dog” which caught their attention to knew that there was a dog that cheered everyone up in the hospital. Lastly we danced with the birthday celebrant and everyone enjoyed it!
先週の金曜日に1月生まれのお友達のお誕生日会がありました🥳
お誕生日のお友達は、先生と一緒にみんなの前で自己紹介をしました。緊張した様子がありましたが、最後まで頑張ってお話する事ができました。みんなでお誕生日の歌を歌いお祝いし🍰先生からバースデーカードをもらい少しずつ緊張もとけ、笑顔もみられました。次に先生が “The hospital dog” の本を読んでくれました。病院にいるセラピードック、みんなを笑顔に変えてくれる犬のお話です。本を読んでる途中、みんなの顔も笑顔に😊みんな集中してお話を聞く事ができました。そして最後にお友達みんなが大好きなダンスパーティーをしました。レインボーのお友達みんなで素敵な時間を過ごす事ができました。
１月生まれのお友達、お誕生日おめでとうございます！
This week is also the week of Setsubun (Seasonal division)! We made the demon masks and put them on the Rainbow kids. Each kid was so surprised on the mask and they laughed along with it. We explained the meaning of the demon and Setsubun to them and we took the photo together. That’s all for this week, See you and Happy February!
今週は節分がありました👹鬼のお面を作り、節分についてお話をし、みんなでお面をかぶり大きな声で”鬼は外””福は内”と！鬼を追い払い、幸せを運んできてくれましたよ😊鬼のお面にビックリ‼のお友達や大興奮のお友達、怖がることなく嬉しそうにお面をつけてお友達と笑いあっていました。お家でもお豆まくの！と嬉しそうにお話をしてくれたお友達もいました。
