Hello Everyone!
We kicked off our Summer Program 2024 with a Blast! It’s nothing but awesome fun and it’s been a busy week Dancing, Singing, Drawing, Making crafts, Coloring, Playing with toys, with Clay, doing it together with old and some new friends. We are so grateful for sunny days that we can do lots of outside play. We added different new activities to our water play for kids to look forward to and enjoy.
サマープログラム2024は大成功の幕を開けました！ダンス、歌、お絵描き、工作、ぬり絵、おもちゃ遊び、粘土遊び、新旧のお友達と一緒に遊んだりと、本当に楽しい1週間でした。外遊びがたくさんできる晴れた日は本当に嬉しいです。子どもたちが楽しみにしている水遊びに、新しいアクティビティが加わりました。今週は香港からのお友達が一人、来週は長野市外からのお友達が一人、サマースクールに参加してくれています。
Day 1 – We had Water play and made our Sandy sandals craft. The kids dipped their foot on paint and made foot prints that we shaped into sandals.
水遊びをして、サンダルの工作をしました。子供たちは絵の具に足をつけて足形を作り、それをサンダルの形にしました。
Day 2 – Again Water play outside but with a twist, on our second day the kids got Capsule toys that had either Fruit or Vegetable Surprise inside.
Kids had fun guessing what they would get and they compared it with their peers. For craft kids added some finishing touches to their sandy sandals craft some sand, sea shells and tape for the sandal straps. They made their Watermelon craft too.
2日目も外で水遊びをしたましたが、ちょっとしたひねりがあって、フルーツか野菜のサプライズが入ったカプセルのおもちゃをもらって遊びました。何がもらえるか当てたり、友達と比べたりして楽しみました。工作では、砂、貝殻、サンダルのストラップ用のテープを使い、サンダルの仕上げをしました。スイカのクラフトも作りました。
Day 3 – We had some Frozen Animal toys to our water play. The kids put the iced up animals and waited for them to melt in the mini pool, after they melted they had lots of fun lining them up, washing them, collecting and identifying the animals. Is it a sea animal or land animal? For our craft we had Sea Animal Cut Outs from milk cartoon that they colored for our fishing game that we planned for our next water play.
水遊びでフローズン・アニマルのおもちゃを用意しました。氷で冷やした動物たちをミニプールに入れ、みんなで溶けるのを待ちました。溶けた後は、動物を並べたり、洗ったり、集めたり、動物を特定したりして楽しみました。これは海の動物かな？それとも陸の動物かな？次の水遊びで予定していた魚釣りゲームでは、牛乳パックで作った海の生き物たちの切り絵に色を塗りました。
Day 4 – Is Mud Play and water play. kids dug the dirt for the Hidden Animals and an Alien surprise, they had fun washing the animals, collecting the animals, identifying the animals, then they buried them again in the dirt and repeated the process. We had Ice Cream stamping for our craft. Yum! to match the summer videos that we watched.

泥んこ遊びと水遊びです。子供たちは、隠れた動物やエイリアンのサプライズを見つけるために土を掘り、動物を洗い、動物を集め、動物を特定するのを楽しみました。クラフトではアイスクリームをスタンプしました。夏のビデオに合わせて、おいしそうなアイスクリームを作りました。

Day 5 -Finally we had our Fishing Game in our water play and Rainbow Water Balloons. For craft we made our Colorful Jelly Fish.
最後に水遊びで釣りゲームをし、レインボーの水風船を飛ばしました。工作では、カラフルなクラゲを作りました。
