Hello everyone!
We have had another week full of energy and fun! There have been some wet days outside, so we have had fun playing together inside. Among the highlights from the week were our crafts and music class.

今週も元気いっぱいのレインボーのお友達、みんなで楽しく学び、遊ぶことができました。室内遊びが多い週でしたが来週は外遊びができたらと思います。
Crafts (Demon mask) 👹
It’s already February next week, and that means it’s almost time to chase away those scary demons! We made some fun demon masks together. Everyone agreed that they were not scary, but cute!
Everyone chose their favorite colors to make their demons. It’s fun to see such a nice variety of coloring styles. Some try to gently color inside the line, while others use their full power!
もう2月ですね。二月といえば先ず節分です！そこで今週は鬼のお面を作りました。みんな思い思い色を塗りとてもカラフルな可愛らしい鬼のお面ができました。色の塗り方も上手になり線の中を色々な色のクレヨンを使い丁寧に塗れてました。パワフルで可愛らしいお面をつけて怖い鬼さんを退治しましょう！
Music class🎼
This week’s music class was full of energy from all of our Rainbow kids.
We used the castanets again this week for the first time since the Christmas show.
It was the first time for a few of our newer students, but they tried their best to hold it properly and hit it in rhythm. For our older students, they can still use it nicely in rhythm with the teacher!
今週のリトミックはカスタネットの練習、音に合わせて打つ練習をしました。初めてのお友達もいましたが先生と一緒に持ち方、打ち方を教わりながら練習しました。他のお友達もリズムにあわせて上手にできました。
”大きな太鼓、小さな太鼓”を英語で歌いながら身体でも太鼓を表現しました。
大きな太鼓の時は腕を大きく広げ手を打つ、小さな太鼓の時は身体を小さくし指でトントンと打ちました。
