Hello everyone!
Hope everyone had a great summer vacation! It was great to see all the smiling faces back at school! We had another very exciting week here at ISN in Rainbow class.

夏休みも終わり、元気いっぱいの子供たちの声がスクール戻ってきました！
今週は、ジムレッスン、スイミング、リトミックと楽しい一週間を過ごしました。
Gym lesson
We had another fun gym lesson this week.
We started off by warming up before using the mat to do some different balance exercises.
After walking, running, hopping and climbing on the mat, we took out the trampoline!
It’s great to see how well everyone is able to balance their bodies and jump up and down on the trampoline!
今週のジムレッスンは、マットの上に長い紐を置き、紐の上をバランスを取りながら歩く、走る、ジャンプの練習をしました。途中マットの下に台を置きゆるい斜面を作り坂道を登る様な感覚をもちながらロープの上をバランスを保ち歩きました。ゆっくり、ゆっくり慎重に歩いてくお友達や、走るように駆け抜けていくお友達もいました。みんな上手にできましたね。
そしてトランポリン！トランポリンが準備されたら歓声が上がりました！
トランポリンでもバランスをとりながら、ジャンプ、ジャンプ、止まるの練習をしました。両腕を広げバランスをたもちながら着地！以前よりも上手に止まれる様になりました。次回のジムレッスンも楽しみですね！
Swimming lesson
It was great returning the pool for another fun swimming lesson this week.
The lesson started by splashing around the water. Then, we walked across the platform in the water.
The teachers held a pool noodle to make a tunnel that they had to walk under.
We also did a fun activity where we picked up balls floating in the water and putting them back in a basket the teacher was holding.
今週からスイミングレッスンが再開されました。大きなプールに興奮のお友達。
先ず初めにお水に慣れる様にお水の雨を先生達が降らせてくれ、顔を拭く練習、そしてプールの少し顔をつけて息を吐く、耳をプールにつける練習をしました。次にプールの中を歩く練習、先ずは普通に台の上を歩き、次に先生達がトンネルを作ってくれた中を歩く練習しました。以前よりもお水に抵抗なくすいすいと歩く事ができました。他にもプールの中でボールを拾い先生が持ってるカゴに入れたり、すべり台をして楽しみました。先生に“もう終わり？”“まだやりたい”と話してるお友達もいました。
Music lesson
This week’s music lesson started by learning about shapes.
We took a look at square, circle and triangle.
The teacher put down a lot of shapes on the floor. We then walked around the shapes as the teacher was playing music on the piano. When the music stopped, she asked the kids to pick up the same shape she was holding and show it to her. We repeated this exercise a few times for all the shapes.
We also used a hula hoop and pretended that it was a boat.
今週のリトミック、まず初めに形について！丸い物、三角、四角の形を探したり、表現したりしました。床に様々な形の紙を置き、音楽に合わせて周りを歩き音が止まったら先生が言った形を拾い上にあげ“三角、丸”と声に出して形の名前を言いました。何回か繰り返していくうちにすばやく形を探し答えることができるようになりました。次にフープをボートにみたて中に入り座り、“うみ”の曲に合わせてゆらゆら～揺れながらワン、ツー、スリーと言い３拍子を感じる練習をしました。
