Hello everyone!
It’s the last week here in Rainbow class! I would like to thank all the parents for your continued support throughout the year. It has been amazing to see how much all of our curious kids in Rainbow has grown over the last year!
This week we have been reviewing some topics, but mainly we have had fun playing outside in the nice weather together. And as always, we had exciting gym and music classes too.

暖かい春の日差しを感じる様になり、早いもので1年が過ぎようとしています。
基本的生活習慣を身につける中で、少しずつ自分でできる事が増えていきましたね。子供達の成長を嬉しく思います。
至らない事も多くあったと思いますが、保護者の皆様の温かいご理解ご協力のおかげで、とっても楽しく過ごす事ができました。子供達の成長を喜び、見守って頂けた事とても感謝しています。ありがとうございました。
Birthday party
At the end of last week, we had our big birthday party for our march birthday kids. Thank you to all the parents who watched our special broadcast of the party. It’s a little scary to stand in front of everyone and answer questions, but I think our cute birthday boys did a great job!
先週の金曜日にお誕生日会がありました、今回はお誕生日会の様子をZoom参観で観ていただきました。ご参加くださりありがとうございました。
レインボークラスからは2名のお友達がお誕生日をむかえました。お誕生日おめでとうございます。みんなの前に立ち緊張してる様子もありましたが先生からの質問にしっかりと答える事ができました。みんなで楽しい時間を過ごしました。
Playing outside
As mentioned earlier, we have been having fun playing outside together in the nice spring weather.
It’s the last time we will be able to play together as one big Rainbow class, so it’s been nice seeing the older and younger students get along so well!
今週は春のポカポカ陽気に包まれて絶好の園庭遊び日和となりました！
そしてレインボーのお友達全員で遊ぶのは今週で最後となりました。クラスのお兄さん、お姉さんを先頭に全力でみんなで楽しく遊ぶ事ができました。
We also practiced walking together in the parking lot. The older kids will stop holding the walking rope, so they practiced how to walk safely together. The younger kids practiced walking while holding the rope for the first time. Everybody is very excited about going back to the park again, so they tried their best to walk safely!
園庭遊びの他にも歩く練習もしました。来年度のオーロラさんはロープを使わずに並んでお友達と手を繋ぎ歩き、公園やお散歩にお出かけします。先生のお話をしっかり聞いてみんなで歩く事ができました。レインボーのお友達はロープを握り歩く練習をしました。初めてでしたが一生懸命がんばりました。
Music class
This school year’s music class was full of excitement and fun!
First, the teacher showed everyone some colorful ropes. Then, we formed a circle on the floor using the ropes. Everyone had to walk slowly while trying to balance on the rope. Everyone walked very nicely, and no one tried to push their friends if they were too slow.
We also used some colorful scarves to make some nice flowers! After we were done using the scarves, we neatly folded them before handing them over to the teacher.
今年度最後のリトミックとなりましたがみんなで楽しく学ぶことができました。
今週は、ロープを使いその上をゆっくり、ゆっくり歩く練習をしました。バランスを保ちロープからずれる事無く、お友達を押さずに順番を守り歩くことができました。次に先生の指示（身体の一部）を聞いて瞬時に反応する練習をしました。両手をぶらぶらさせ、先生が“頭”と言ったら瞬時に頭を触り、“お腹“と言ったらお腹を触ります。テンポが速くなっても先生の指示を聞き瞬時に反応できました。最後にスカーフを使いお花を作りました。両手でスカーフを丸め開くとフワッとスカーフが膨らみお花の様になります。スカーフのお花を音楽に合わせてゆらゆら揺らしました。最後はしっかり畳んで先生に返すことができました。
